I was sceptical, I mean it's just oil right? I wrong wrong haha. I bought the smooth, punchy and the limited extra early harvest. They're all amazing in their own ways. The extra early has a nice peppery taste that works great with salads. As for the others, I bounce between using them both for different purposes and am always impressed. I'm not just using the oil to avoid pan stickage, I'm using it to up the flavour profile!
