How To Cancel Your Subscription?

How to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your Customer Portal by going to Accounts.

2. Go to the Subscriptions.

3. Under Active Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription you'd like to update.

4. Scroll down to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.

5. Follow the next prompts and choose Cancel Subscription.

6. Choose the reason and click Next.

7. Make sure to click the no thanks - cancel subscription button.
