Our Super Early Harvest makes the most of the earliest-possible olives that are plump and juicy with a rich polyphenol count. We get a tiny amount of oil from these olives but the oil we do get is packed with flavour and health benefits. Lab testing reveals a whopping polyphenol count of 445!

This oil is incredibly fresh. I make olive oil toast. Low heat and toast away. Really tastes good and god for you. That early harvest super fresh. OMG I'm going to make one now. Bye

There are different Olive Oils for difference purposes. One of the most enjoyable for me is: sipping and dipping with various bread types. This Goldi Oil has the colour, smell and flavour that enhances your experience, as you share time with friends watching the sun set.

I could feel the Bitterness and Pungency which are a good indication of Oleuropein and Oleocanthal present . I really liked the can packaging that protects the phenolic compounds from breaking down rather than in dark bottles . Would have liked the harvest date processed date more easily understood by consumer and of course the total Biophenol content of the oil written on the can like I have seen a few high grade premium olive oils have printed on the bottle label. Still a nice oil in my humble opinion .
