We grow a range of varieties side by side on our farm, each bringing something different: some smooth, fruity and delicate, others bold, peppery and rich in polyphenols (aka the good stuff). Punchy draws on the boldest of them.

The magic is in the combination. By growing these varieties together, we can pick, press and blend to find the perfect balance of flavour, aroma and pungency in every bottle. Our trees are also chosen for their natural resilience, meaning less disease risk and significantly less need for intervention.
