The flavour is outstanding — fresh, smooth, and clearly high quality — and it makes a noticeable difference whether I’m cooking or using it raw. It’s especially nice drizzled fresh over salads, where the flavour really stands out without being overpowering. It’s one of those products where you can instantly tell care has gone into it.
