Tuna Chimichurri Crudo

Suddenly your “I’ll just make something quick” lunch feels a whole lot more boujie. This Tuna Chimichurri Crudo is the kind of recipe that looks like it belongs on the menu at your favourite wine bar but comes together in minutes at home. Its’ got all the things we love: our super early EVOO, a bitta kick and a bitta zest.

A lil bit fancy

Tuna Chimichurri Crudo

Ingredients

  • Bunch of fresh parsley, washed + finely chopped

  • 1x red chilli, finely chopped

  • 1x garlic clove, grated

  • Juice of 1x lemon

  • 100ml ‘Super Early’ EVOO (the hero)

  • Sliced tuna sashimi from your local sushi shop

Method

1. To make the chimichurri, mix the finely chopped parsley, chilli, grated garlic, lemon juice and EVOO in a bowl.

2. Lay out the tuna sashimi on a plate and drizzle some chimichurri on top. Enjoy!
