Olives – Original

Goldi Olives are snackable, shareable, portable – the perfect mid-arvo snack, dinner party aperitivo or cooking accompaniment. We use the same incredible Australian olives that make our award-winning EVOO, cure them over 6–12 months, marinate them in our oil and spices and then pit and bag them.

Our packs come in three flavours. Original is a classic – plump, green and pitted, cured in salty brine and tossed with a generous glug of our Punchy extra virgin olive oil. Good on a cheese board, stirred through a sauce or eaten straight from the bag.
