Banana Smooth(ie)

A double dose of antioxidants and flavour, this is breakfast/dessert/brunch as it should be.

Bananas, Ice Cream, Coconut and SMOOTH.

Take your two ripest bananas, a generous scoop of ice cream (dairy or vegan will work here), a ¼ cup of shredded coconut and a handful of ice. Blend together to your desired consistency, then layer-as-you-pour with drizzles/lashings of SMOOTH and more ice cream or yoghurt.
