Tomato Carpaccio

Our take on a fresh and vibrant appetiser that reminds us of euro summer.

Tomato Carpaccio

Ingredients

  • 1x large heirloom tomato

  • Yellow mini tomatoes

  • Red onion

  • Fresh dill

  • Smooth Olive Oil

  • Salt & pepper

Method

1. Line your plate with olive oil and salt to marinate the underside of your tomatoes.

2. Thinly slice heirloom tomato & place on your serving plate, with slices slightly overlapping each other.

3. Cut yellow mini tomatoes in half and spread out on the plate.

4. Thinly slice red onion (you can use as little or as much as you like) and place on top of the tomatoes with fresh dill.

5. Crack some salt & pepper, generously drizzle smooth olive oil and enjoy!
