The Big Dipper (Tzatziki)

Refreshing, herby, and a little bit of tang, this dip came-to-be after our local grocer was fresh out of our favourite Tzatziki and we had a fridge/pantry full of complimentary ingredients. Now, it’s all we make.

Yoghurt, Herbs, Spices and AGRUMATO

Drain greek yoghurt (we like Schulz), add dill, parsley (flat or curly, there are no rules!), mint, cucumber, red onion, dried chilli flakes, nigella seeds, ground sumac, salt and pepper, and a healthy squeeze of LEMON AGRUMATO.
