Salmon with Finger Lime and Lemon Agrumato

Salmon with Finger Lime & Lemon Agrumato
Ingredients:
● 2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 180g each
● 1 tbsp Goldi Lemon Agrumato
● Pulp from 2 finger limes
● 1 lemon
● Flaky salt
● Fresh herbs like dill or chervil (optional)
Method:
1. Slice salmon on the bias
2. Rest for a minute, then plate with finger lime pulp scattered over the top.
3. Drizzle with Goldi Lemon Agrumato and finish with lemon zest and herbs if using.
