Roast Tomato Burrata Dip

The entrée we’re obsessing over at Goldi HQ.
Roast Tomato Burrata Dip
Ingredients
2 punnets cherry tomatoes
Generous drizzle of Smooth Olive Oil
Pinch of salt
1 ball burrata
½ bunch fresh basil
Fresh foccacia, sliced
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200°C
2. Add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and salt to a baking dish.
3. Roast for 20 minutes until blistered and juicy.
4. Add burrata and basil straight into the tray and stir until and combined.
5. Serve warm with fresh foccacia
