Parmesan Roast Mushrooms

The easiest side dish that’s full of flavour
Parmesan Roast Mushrooms
Ingredients
Waxflower Agrumato (generous drizzle)
Button mushrooms, sliced
Parmesan, grated
Chilli flakes
Method
1. Slice your mushrooms and place in a bowl, add a bigggg drizzle of waxflower agrumato, a pinch of salt and toss.
2. Line your mushroom slices on an oven tray lined with baking paper and grate a generous amount of parmesan on top.
3. Place in the oven or air fryer for approximately 5 minutes or until the mushrooms turn golden.
4. Remove mushrooms from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Grate more parmesan, lemon zest and a pinch of chilli flakes
5. Serve with a main meal & enjoy!
