Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius on conventional.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges
  3. Transfer potatoes to baking tray & toss with generous drizzle of Garlic Agrumato, Rosemary and a pinch of sea salt
  4. Roast until potatoes are golden and crispy
  5. Enjoy with your favourite meal or on their own
