Ingredients
A mixture of mushrooms
Fresh sourdough
Our new Garlic Oil
Sea Salt
Method
- Sauté your mushrooms in garlic oil with a pinch of sea salt until soft and golden.
- Drizzle some oil on sliced sourdough, place in your pan/skillet and fry on both sides until golden.
- Plate your mushrooms with a pinch of sea salt & cracked pepper.
- Enjoy!
