Garlic & Mushroom Toast

An easy to make sunday brunch after a trip to the farmers market for fresh produce. These mushrooms were so buttery & full of flavour!

Garlic & Mushroom Toast

Ingredients

  • A mixture of mushrooms

  • Fresh sourdough

  • Our new Garlic Oil

  • Sea Salt

Method

  1. Sauté your mushrooms in garlic oil with a pinch of sea salt until soft and golden.
  2. Drizzle some oil on sliced sourdough, place in your pan/skillet and fry on both sides until golden.
  3. Plate your mushrooms with a pinch of sea salt & cracked pepper.
  4. Enjoy!
