Chocolate Soft Serve
Method
1. In a pan on medium heat, bring to the boil water, coconut cream, sugar, cocao powder and sea salt and whisk.
2. Once it has reached boiling point, place on low heat and whisk for 1minute.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add dark chocolate and vanilla to the mixture and mix until melted and combined well.
5. Transfer to a mixing bowl and let cool to room temperature.
6. Place bowl in the fridge and chill for a couple of hours or overnight
7. Pour into ice-cream maker for churning until its creamy and looks like soft-serve (follow machine instructions)
8. Once creamy place into a tin and freeze overnight
9. Scoop into ice-cream coupes and drizzle some olive oil* on top and enjoy!
Jalapeño, lemon and smooth pair so well with the rich chocolate flavour!
